Kent Potter has more than 20 years of experience in intelligence, strategy, planning, and consulting. Potter established the intelligence process consulting practice at two different management consultancies. As a former BellSouth director, he established intelligence programs and market information acquisition programs. Within the intelligence field, he specializes in winning corporate acceptance for change and in linking intelligence production to strategic action. Previous to his work at BellSouth, Potter served as director of marketing for two mid-sized software and process consulting companies, serving the needs of government and private industry. He also served as an Army intelligence officer and company commander. Potter is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. At The Bennion Group, he leads the company's business development efforts and is a frequent speaker and writer on the subjects of business strategy, business intelligence, scenario planning, wargaming and related concepts.
